For the past 18 months, Sue’s Kimbap House has been a beloved culinary staple inside the lobby of the Bank of New Hampshire Stage. As Culinary Artist in Residence for the Capitol Center for the Arts, Chef Susan Chung has delighted guests with handcrafted kimbap rolls, savory beef bulgogi, and a wide variety of authentic Korean specialties.

Now, as her residency comes to an end, Chung is closing this chapter on Main Street and turning the page to an exciting new venture: 603 Meal Prep, a prepared foods business designed to bring her flavors to even more tables.

For Chung, food has always been about more than just a meal.

“I think the connection with food is something that, my whole life, I felt that connected people. You can meet people from all different cultures, different countries, and food is the one thing that people can understand and enjoy together,” she shared.

While her time at the Capitol Center for the Arts may be wrapping up, her passion for bringing people together through food is just getting started.
