Bruins Fall to Lightning in Shootout Thriller

The Boston Bruins dropped a tough one last night, falling 6–5 to the Tampa Bay Lightning in a shootout.

Boston jumped out strong with three goals in the first period and held a 5–4 lead late, but Tampa Bay tied it in the third to force overtime. After a scoreless extra session, the Lightning sealed the win in the shootout. The loss leaves the Bruins fourth in the Atlantic Division, settling for one point in a hard-fought road game.

Celtics Roll Past Bucks at Home

The Boston Celtics delivered a dominant performance yesterday, cruising to a 107–79 win over the Milwaukee Bucks. Boston took control in the second quarter and never looked back, building a comfortable halftime lead and extending it in the second half. The Celtics’ defense held Milwaukee in check throughout, helping Boston improve its record while closing out one of its most lopsided victories of the season.
