Ticketmaster Reopens Ticket Sales for Harry Styles’ MSG Residency After Scalper Crackdown

Ticketmaster has announced a fresh release of tickets for Harry Styles’ highly anticipated residency at Madison Square Garden, following the discovery of widespread scalping activity.

According to the company, scalpers exploited the system by using multiple accounts and fake identities to bypass ticket limits and purchase large quantities of seats for Styles’ 30-night run beginning in August. These tickets were then resold at inflated prices.

In response, Ticketmaster has canceled the fraudulent purchases and is now offering those tickets back to fans at their original face value.

Fans can submit ticket requests between April 30 at 12:00 p.m. EDT and May 1 at 5:00 p.m. EDT. Those whose requests are successfully fulfilled will receive a confirmation email by May 8 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.

While anyone can enter the request process, priority will be given to fans who have not yet secured tickets for the New York City shows. Ticketmaster also clarified that customers who originally purchased tickets directly through its platform are not affected by these changes.

The newly available tickets represent a limited portion of the residency, specifically those originally priced under $130. Ticketmaster noted that these lower-cost seats were the primary targets of the scalping operation.
