Battle of the Badges Hockey Championship Returns to Manchester

Police officers, firefighters and first responders will take to the ice this weekend for the 2026 Battle of the Badges Hockey Championship in Manchester.

The annual charity game at SNHU Arena marks 18 years of friendly competition benefiting Dartmouth Health Children’s and the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Proceeds support programs including child life services, pediatric mental health initiatives and family resource centers.

The event also features a Kids Zone with games and activities for families.

Puck drop is Sunday at 1 p.m. at SNHU Arena on Elm Street. Tickets start at $16, with a special fan package also available. More information is at snhuarena.com.
