Over the past ten years, opioid overdoses and deaths have dropped significantly in Manchester and Nashua. This progress has been driven by increased access to Narcan, expanded treatment programs, and stronger recovery support services throughout the community.
But for those working on the front lines, the real story goes beyond the numbers. It’s found in the people who survived, turned their lives around, and found a path forward—one step at a time.
