Dachshunds to have a doggone good time at annual Wienerfest in Belfast

On Sunday, September 8th, 2024, is the Maine Wienerfest in BELFAST, Maine at Steamboat Landing Park on Commercial Street from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Gates open at 10:30 a.m.

The event is a celebration of dachshunds and the people who love them.

There will be a parade, a costume contest, food and vendors, and a doxie derby!

The event also raises vital funds to support PAWS Animal Adoption Center in Camden.

Admission is $5 for adults; and free for dogs and children (12 & under). Dogs should be on a non-retractable leash.
