Green, Purple & Red Canvasses Appear On Taylor Swift Songs

Taylor Swift's songs "I Knew It, I Knew You", "I Knew It, I Knew You - Piano Version" and "Blank Space" appear to now show green, purple and red canvasses on Spotify as seen below.

Hopefully we will soon find out what this means!!
