After years of counting down the biggest hits and sharing chart history with audiences around the world, Kevin's Top 40 Chart Show will air its final episode on Sunday, June 14, 2026.
Host and producer Kevin announced the difficult decision to conclude the weekly syndicated program due to ongoing health reasons and the significant time commitment required to produce the show each week.
"Putting together, editing, and producing a high-quality show every single week requires a massive amount of time and effort," Kevin said. "Due to ongoing health reasons, it has simply become too much to maintain alongside my other commitments. I need to focus my energy on my health and concentrate fully on my work for the station I am with."
The final episode will remain available for broadcast through Sunday, June 14. While new weekly editions will no longer be produced, Kevin has confirmed that more than 20 weeks of archived shows are available for stations interested in airing reruns.
Kevin also expressed his gratitude to the many stations that have carried the program over the years.
"I wanted to send a huge, heartfelt thank you to each and every station for taking the show and supporting it over the years. It has been an absolute pleasure sharing the music and chart history with your audiences, and I am incredibly grateful for your partnership."
Everyone at the station extends their sincere thanks to Kevin for his dedication, passion, and countless hours spent bringing great music and memorable countdowns to listeners each week. We wish him all the best as he focuses on his health and future endeavors.
