It’s that magical time of year again! Midnight Merriment is back in downtown Concord on Friday, December 5, bringing an evening full of holiday sparkle, shopping, music, and community cheer from 5:00 PM until midnight. Stroll through downtown under festive lights, enjoy live entertainment, sip on seasonal treats, and support local businesses as many stay open late with progressive discounts, refreshments, and exclusive Midnight Merriment deals.

Downtown Concord


5:00 PM – Official Event Kickoff

Holiday music will fill the streets through midnight. Tune in online and enjoy the festive atmosphere citywide!


5:00 PM–8:00 PM – Leathercraft Ornament Make & Take

Roast s’mores over an open fire sponsored by Binnie Media, with chocolate from Granite State Candy and graham crackers from Concord Food Co-op. 500 s’mores available—they often run out by 7:30 PM or sooner, so don’t wait!


5:00 PM–5:30 PM – Jubilate Singers as The Dickens Carolers

Directed by Jane Cormier, this enchanting group of children and adult choruses will share joyful carols and heartwarming holiday stories in full period costume.


5:00 PM–10:00 PM – Warming Station with picnic tables sponsored by Bath Flip, with heaters and propane provided by Taylor Rental Concord


5:00 PM–Midnight (or until food runs out) – Capitol Street Food Truck Alley
