Miley Cyrus Is Entering a New Era With ‘Bass Persuades’ 🎶

Miley Cyrus has announced her new album, Bass Persuades, arriving Sept. 18 — and she’s sharing the meaning behind its intriguing title.

“Music takes hold of us. We feel it, sing it, sometimes dance to it, let it out and carry on,” Miley explained on X, describing music as something that can be powerful and vulnerable, sweet and strong. For her, Bass Persuades captures everything from a full heart to heartbreak — and all the moments in between.

And the new era isn’t stopping with the album. Miley is officially returning to the stage with two shows at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on Oct. 16 and 18.

Calling the Bowl her favorite place to experience live music, Miley reflected on having watched some of her favorite artists there over the years — but never taking the stage herself.

Now, that’s about to change.
