NH HOUSE PASSED MANDATORY COURT APPEARANCE BILL

The NH House passed a bill last week, that would require Adam Montgomery to attend his sentencing on May 9th.


Adam Montgomery is convicted of the 2019 murder of his five-year-old daughter Harmony.


Montgomery did not attend the trial and indicated he doesn’t plan to be at his sentencing.


The bill goes onto the senate next.
