Suspect Charged After Shots Fired at Rihanna’s Beverly Hills Mansion

Rihanna experienced a frightening incident on Sunday when gunfire was directed at her Beverly Hills mansion while she was inside the home.

Authorities have identified the suspect as Ivanna Ortiz, who has since been arrested and booked on a charge of attempted murder. Her bail has been set at $10.225 million.

Investigators say that weeks before the shooting, Ortiz made several posts about the singer on Facebook. According to reports, she allegedly arrived at the property in a white Tesla and fired an AR-15–style rifle toward the home.

On February 23, Ortiz posted, “@badgalriri Are you there? Cause I was waiting for your AIDS 5-head self to say something to me directly instead of sneaking around like you talking to me where I'm not at.”

In another post cited by DailyMail, Ortiz also referred to Rihanna as a “turn hiding b*tch.”
