The Wait Is Over: Great Greek Restaurant Is Finally Opening in Epping

We've been eagerly waiting for The Great Greek Restaurant to open in Epping's Brickyard Square ever since paper first covered the windows and the sign went up months ago. Now, that wait is finally over.

It's no surprise that Mediterranean cuisine has become so popular in recent years. Not only is it packed with fresh, flavorful ingredients, but it's also widely recognized as one of the healthiest ways to eat. The Mediterranean diet consistently ranks as the No. 1 diet in the world, thanks to its focus on whole, minimally processed foods, healthy fats like extra virgin olive oil, lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

As someone who has researched nutrition because of my own health journey, I've learned that the Mediterranean diet offers benefits far beyond heart health. Studies suggest it may also support brain health, and unlike many trendy diets, it doesn't require cutting out carbohydrates. Instead, it emphasizes balance, quality ingredients, and healthy fats. Best of all, the food is absolutely delicious.

According to a press release, The Great Greek also offers catering for a variety of occasions, whether you're planning a business luncheon, family gathering, birthday party, or other special event.

If Epping isn't the closest location for you, The Great Greek also has New Hampshire restaurants at:

946 S. Willow Street, Manchester, NH 03103

125 S. Broadway, Salem, NH 03079

Mediterranean food fans have another great dining option, and it looks like it was well worth the wait.
